Heritage, Tourism & Local Development: Recommendations

Within the framework of OurWorldHeritage initiative, over 200 policy recommendations on how to create better synergies between tourism and World Heritage Sites were gathered from many parts of the world with the aim of promoting a new development paradigm in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
The series of recommendations presented have been organized under various themes linked to the SDGs. These recommendations will be discussed in seminars and roundtables during the February 2021 Debates
