PRESENTATION
Unity joint research (UMR 8533) Institutions and dynamic historical economy (IDHE), founded in 1997 under the leadership of Rober Salais, Alain Plessis, Denis Woronoff, Jacques Marseille and Michel Margairaz, includes the researchers and teachers-researchers of four academic institutions: Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris West Nanterre - defence, Paris VIII Vincennes-Saint-Denis, school of Superior Education Cachan. This mixed Research Unit brings together historians of economy, finance and corporations of modern and contemporary time, sociologists of labour and industrial relations, as well as economists and lawyers. Research is organized around four axes: Dynamics of labour, labour and employment; companies, products and territories; institutions and financial markets; knowledge, law, public action. The investigators of the UMR circulate between the axes of research in their work and their various activities, thus having freedom of space and opportunities of interdisciplinary meetings.
Since the year 2010, the IDHE-Paris I has incorporated the historians of the Institute of economic and social history (IHES) to sociologists of the Georges Friedmann (LGF) laboratory work. The management of the IDHE-Paris I is assured since 2009 by Michel Margairaz.
