Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne combines the glorious heritage of the college founded by Robert de Sorbon in the 13th century with an innovative multidisciplinary project. As France's leading university in the humanities and social sciences (SHS), since 1971 it has cultivated a unique spirit that combines a demanding scientific approach with the ambition to develop new knowledge that transforms the world.
Located at 25 sites in the Paris region, and open to the world and Europe with the eleven institutions that make up the Una Europa alliance, it supports almost 45,000 students a year and boasts one of the largest alumni networks on the continent. Based around three main areas - economics and management; humanities and the arts; law and political science - it offers a wide and innovative range of courses from bachelor's degrees to doctorates, including a number of highly reputed master's degrees and a comprehensive catalogue of continuing education courses.

The research policy of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne is led by a network of research units that are real incubators of performance and innovation. It thus follows the university’s tradition of excellence, inherited from its prestigious history, while renewing permanently its research themes and methodologies. The university’s teachers and teacher-researchers are members of 37 research units, 25 of which are jointly-supervised with the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and/or the French National Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD).

Please note: bonuses cannot be accumulated. You can only register for one of the bonus activities: cultural workshops, sport or student involvement.
If you wish to register for sport in addition to a bonus workshop, you must do so as part of your personal training.
