À propos de moi

Depuis 1988, mes activités d'enseignements portent essentiellement sur des thèmes liés à l'ingénierie des systèmes d'information et des systèmes d'entreprise. Au fil des années, des projets et recherches scientifiques, je me suis spécialisée en modélisation d’entreprise, notamment en modélisation multi-perspective des processus en vue de construire les systèmes d’information et les systèmes informatiques, alignés avec les besoins de l’entité (entreprise, association, service public, etc).

Je suis intervenue dans des diplômes nationaux, essentiellement de niveau master depuis 1998, en formation initiale voie classique, en formation initiale par la voie de l’apprentissage (c’est mon activité principale désormais), en formations professionnelle et recherche, en présentiel (sauf quand Covid-19 oblige …) et parfois au niveau international.

Directeur des Masters SIC/MIKS (M2) depuis septembre 2011 : formation initiale par la voie de l'apprentissage (3 groupes d’environ 75 étudiants par an au total dont un en anglais depuis 2009, 50 apprentis de 2000 à 2009), 5 groupes depuis la rentrée 2020 (plus de 100 apprentis en Master 2 pour la rentrée 2022) et en Formation Continue (1 groupe entre 10 et 15 auditeurs par an). En 2016, le Master IKSEM s’est transformé en Master MIKS. En 2018, Le Master 1 SIC a été ouvert en apprentissage (avec 28 apprentis). En 2020, une nouvelle spécialisation du Master 2 SIC (Cybersécurité) et une nouvelle spécialisation du Master MIKS (Complex Systems and Strategy en collaboration avec l’Université de Bergen) ont été créées.

Mes activités de recherche peuvent être structurées à travers six principaux thèmes dans l'ordre chronologique suivant :

. Modélisation intentionnelle des processus flexibles / Variabilité et conscience de contexte
. Alignement stratégique système d’information & business (objectifs & processus)
. Ingénierie et gouvernance des systèmes sociotechniques dans le monde VUCA

L’ingénierie d’entreprise et des systèmes d’information nécessite des techniques pour observer ; des artéfacts pour comprendre et avec lesquels raisonner ; et des démarches pour capitaliser de manière cohérente et durable pour guider le changement et pour arbitrer sur les choix d’entreprise, d’organisation et de technologies.

Représenter, c’est utile pour comprendre et pour avoir l’assurance de partager la même compréhension ; c’est aussi un pré-requis pour pouvoir raisonner sur une réalité complexe par l’intermédiaire des modèles ;
Capitaliser les représentations nécessite de pouvoir en assurer le partage, la fraicheur et la cohérence ;
La flexibilité des représentations produites facilite leur évolution ; Raisonner sur des variantes supporte et guide le changement (et les choix de design) de l’entreprise dans toutes ses dimensions ;
Et l’ensemble articulé permet de tendre vers l’objectif ultime de l’ingénieur et du chercheur en systèmes d’information : l’élasticité des modèles qui fait de ces représentations des valeurs capitalisables, durables et interopérables.

Depuis 1988, mes activités d'enseignements portent essentiellement sur des thèmes liés à l'ingénierie des systèmes d'information et des systèmes d'entreprise.
